After setting my survey loose across various targeted channels/forums/pages, 101 responses have been collected! This is an amazing achievement for me as I never expected such high results.
It just goes to show how many people are willing to help improve their pets veterinary care.
This survey played a massive importance in my survey as the results really shocked me. I started to get so interested in how pet owners using the veterinary service were faced with so many issues, it drove me to develop my project further, digging deeper into the user research.
Maybe this actually be the start of a really useful start up?
