User Survey Results & Analysis
To start planning my user survey I pinpointed questions I found necessary to understand for the development of my project. I targeted this survey to a range of different pet owners to better understand how pet owners feel about their vets. I wanted to find out how often pet owners would visit the vets, what specific reasons ie medications, monthly injections, whether they have had any bad experiences with their vets etc.
Note:
<aside> 💡 As I am a pet owner, I found when writing my UX survey that my questions were quite misleading, due to my own experiences. Misleading questions on unbalanced scales will sway answers by limiting users' choices.

For example, "How much did you enjoy your experience on a scale of 1 (enjoyed it a little) to 5 (enjoyed it a lot)?"
This question employs that the user did enjoy the experience, it frames their answer, it does not give the user the option to say yeah I really didn't enjoy the experience.
I found after further researching and trailing my questions with 2 pet owners that my questions were very less leading. I needed to re-evaluate and rephrase my questions to ensure my influence and experience with my own vets were not impacting my user's results.
The following questions were not used due to biased re-evaluation.
